Terms & conditions

  1. Contract & Payment Terms

GreenBuying.co.uk is a trading division of Buying Support Agency Ltd.

No contract shall exist between you and GreenBuying.co.uk until an email has been sent confirming the order. GreenBuying.co.uk reserves the right to terminate any contract should there be any false personal or payment details made.

Despatch will only occur once corporate credit/debit card/paypal payment has been received (unless you have an agreed credit account set up, in which case despatch will happen on receipt of order and payment is strictly 30 days from receipt of order).

Interest over base rate may be charged on overdue accounts. All goods remain the property of GreenBuying.co.uk until paid in full. Until you receive official confirmation of your trade account, we must ask that all purchases be paid for by credit card or paypal. Any credit account granted will be subject to the above conditions at all times.

  1. Availability and Price

GreenBuying.co.uk reserves the right to change prices and availability without notice. The prices and availability of products are valid at the time of website visit. Post and Packing and VAT charges are added to the sales price and are clearly stated on the order form prior to payment transaction.

If the goods become unavailable (i.e. out of stock) post order, GreenBuying.co.uk will inform you of the estimated time of delivery, allowing you the opportunity to cancel your order.

  1. Geographical Coverage

We accept all orders for delivery to the UK only.

  1. Minimum Shipment Quantity

There are no minimum shipment values.

  1. Delivery

The vast majority of products will be shipped within 1-3 days with the exception of the outdoor equipment AND recycling bins (5-7 days is usual, can extend to 3-4 weeks); the playground equipment takes up to 3-4 weeks.

  1. Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please inform us by email ([email protected]) as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours of delivery), detailing the reason for return** and quoting our original order number. The goods must then be sent back within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging together with the original delivery note to the address found on the delivery note. Note that it is vital that you send the goods to the corresponding address found on the original paperwork, as there could be several separate return addresses depending on the range of goods involved. Please do NOT return the products to the Green Buying offices.

If they are returned within 30 days then we will refund the full value of the goods when returned without delay, regardless of the reason for return. We will also refund the cost of the post/packaging on both the outward (if the total order value is under £50 plus VAT and therefore you paid a delivery charge of £5.45 plus VAT) and return journeys on receipt of a copy of your return shipping invoice (scanned and emailed to [email protected]).

Note that we will inform you by email to let you know when we have processed your return.

  1. Post and Packaging Charges

UK p/p is £5.45 per order up to £60 (including VAT), after which delivery is free. We do not export products outside of mainland United Kingdom.

  1. Distribution arrangements

The goods purchased will be delivered to you directly by our manufacturer or wholesaler partners. This means that you may well receive more than one delivery depending on the range of products purchased. Note that you will only be charged a single shipping fee per total transaction by GreenBuying.co.uk for the post and packing costs, regardless of the number of individual shipments within the single transaction. And this is only if the total value of the order is less than £50 net of VAT.

  1. Cancelling an order prior to receipt of goods

If you wish to cancel an order prior to dispatch please email us without delay and we will endeavour to stop the shipment. If the item has already been dispatched you can arrange to have it returned. The returns must go back to the correct address (found on the original delivery note) together with the delivery note. Please do NOT send to our office address in Cheltenham. Once the goods have been returned we will refund the order value without delay.
